A considered first test.

InboxSire is a cold email workspace for you and your agent. The beta focuses on connecting your setup, preparing a sequence, and reviewing a controlled conversation.

Your review workspace may start with two sample contacts at .test addresses and an example draft, with no sending mailbox or scheduled email. Replace these samples with the contacts and message agreed for your pilot, then select and test a sender before any live activation.

Open your workspace

Sign in with the beta access provided by your coordinator. Confirm that you are in the right workspace before connecting accounts.

Connect and test a mailbox

Use an existing sending account or connect Smartlead. Test the mailbox connection and review the domain. Keep it paused while you prepare.

Prepare contacts and a sequence

Import a small review list. Check suppressions and refresh Smartlead contacts if connected. Select the mailbox, write an introduction and a follow-up, then save a draft.

Connect your assistant

Add InboxSire from Customize → Connectors (Settings → Connectors in some versions) in Claude. Use https://app.inboxsire.com/mcp and choose Register automatically if an OAuth client option appears. Review your workspace and permissions before connecting.

Review one controlled test

Agree on the sender, recipient, message, and test scope with your beta coordinator. Check readiness before confirming. Then verify the reply, opt-out behavior, and results.
