Workspace names, account details, membership, and permissions are used to identify your workspace and the actions available to each participant.
Contact records, lists, suppressions, sequence drafts, messages, and replies are part of the cold email workflow. Import real data only within the pilot scope agreed with your coordinator.
Mailbox settings and authorization details support the services you choose to connect. Email travels through your connected mailbox providers. A connected assistant can receive workspace data through the permissions you grant, and that data can enter your assistant conversation.
When Smartlead is connected and synced, InboxSire keeps a normalized snapshot of campaign contact email addresses to check for existing outreach. The app reports snapshot state and freshness so you can review contact protection before sending.
Connection states, sequence activity, send and reply records, errors, and feedback help evaluate the pilot. When sharing screenshots or feedback, leave out passwords, API keys, and personal contact details that are not needed to explain the issue.
