How to evaluate InboxSire within your agreed pilot.
Updated October 9, 2026
01
A focused, invited pilot
InboxSire is in private beta. Access is provided for an agreed pilot so you can evaluate the workspace, prepare cold email sequences, connect your assistant, and share feedback. Your coordinator confirms the workspace, participants, and test scope.
02
Use the sending setup you already have
The beta works with existing mailboxes and connected services. A connected mailbox, a valid sending configuration, and permission to send are separate states. Review the actual sender, recipients, sequence content, schedule, and limits before a test.
03
Keep the pilot within the agreed scope
Use sample data while exploring. Import real contacts and messages only within the pilot scope agreed with your coordinator. Choose a controlled set of test recipients and confirm the sender, message, and quantity before a live test. Contact suppressions and opt-outs remain part of the workflow.
04
Review what your agent is doing
A connected agent uses the workspace permissions you grant. The InboxSire agent connector separates reading and drafting from live actions. Starting a sequence, resuming a mailbox, and sending a reply use a confirmation step. Your assistant handles the review conversation; check its action summary before confirming. You can revoke the connection in the app.
05
Check contact protection when Smartlead is connected
A Smartlead contact sync creates a normalized snapshot of campaign contact email addresses for the workspace. InboxSire uses that snapshot to check for existing outreach. Review its completeness and freshness in Connections before enrolling contacts or starting a sequence.
